Alps Leadership Programs for Teens

The Alps, with snowy peaks and glaciers, forested valleys, fast flowing rivers and Alpine lakes, inspire awe and provide a perfect location for young people to become thoughtful, impactful, and inspiring leaders. Essential concepts and characteristics of leadership are integrated throughout the programs. Participants explore their leadership styles and take on active leadership roles, build self-confidence, resilience, independence and perseverance all while engaged in a wide range of exciting outdoor adventure activities and learning opportunities.

Our Alps Leadership Programs are designed for secondary school students, are one to four weeks in duration, and are appropriate for all teens. It takes time, commitment, and drive to achieve personal growth and positive change, and the majesty of the Alps provides the ideal backdrop.
